These terms govern use of ProteinFolk and purchases from JDG YS, trading as changeyourlife.space, Narwik 16, 01-471 Warsaw, Poland. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
We sell downloadable recipe books and related digital materials. Product pages describe the included files, language, price and format. You are responsible for selecting the correct language before checkout and for using a device capable of opening PDF files.
Orders and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an inability to supply the file.
Delivery
Digital products are normally made available shortly after successful payment by download link or email. See our Digital Product Delivery Policy. If access does not arrive within the stated timeframe, use our Contact & Feedback form or call +48 886 087 731.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. You may not resell, share publicly, upload, redistribute, copy for commercial use or remove ownership notices from the materials.
Accuracy and responsible use
We aim to provide clear recipes and estimated nutrition information, but ingredients, brands, portions, equipment and preparation vary. Review allergens and dietary suitability yourself. Read our Nutrition and Health Disclaimer before use.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content remain available under applicable law. Withdrawal rights and their digital-content exception are explained in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at disruptive scale or use our content in violation of law or intellectual-property rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.
Governing rules
These terms operate under applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
