Refund Policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026

We sell digital products delivered electronically. This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal and remedies. It does not reduce rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Before downloading

If you chose the wrong language or product, use our Contact & Feedback form immediately and before downloading or accessing the files, or call +48 886 087 731. We will try to correct the order where technically possible.

Digital-content withdrawal

Consumers in the EEA and other protected regions may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only after the consumer expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. If valid consent has not been collected, mandatory withdrawal rights continue to apply.

Faulty or missing content

If a file is missing, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming, contact us with the order email and a description of the problem. We will first provide a working link, replacement file or corrected version within a reasonable time. If we cannot bring the product into conformity, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable law.

Duplicate and unauthorized charges

Use our Contact & Feedback form about duplicate charges or a purchase you do not recognize. We may request information needed to verify the transaction and protect the account.

Change-of-mind requests

Where no statutory right applies and the file has been delivered or accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable because the product cannot be returned. We may still review exceptional requests fairly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Any statutory reimbursement deadline continues to apply.
