Digital Product Delivery Policy

ProteinFolk sells downloadable PDF recipe books. No physical item is shipped.

Delivery method and timing

After successful payment, the selected language edition is made available through the confirmation page, a download email, or both. Delivery is normally immediate, but fraud review, payment processing or service outages can cause a delay.

What you need

You need a valid email address, internet access, sufficient device storage and software that can open PDF files. Download links may have technical limits, but your purchase includes the access period stated on the product page.

Language selection

The language shown on the cart line and order confirmation controls the delivered edition. Review it before paying. The website language does not by itself change the purchased-file language.

Missing email or failed download

Check spam and promotions folders and confirm the email used at checkout. If the link is absent or does not work, use our Contact & Feedback form with your order number or call +48 886 087 731. We will verify the order and restore access or provide a replacement link.

Updates

If we issue a correction or updated file, access will be provided when reasonably possible through the original delivery channel or customer support. This does not limit legal remedies for non-conforming digital content.
